Data Analyst - customer trends (Denver, CO)

Rivermark Umber Facilities is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in customer sites and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on safety inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
