Data Analyst - customer trends (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Redstone Sable Staffing and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Denver. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in retention and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on temp assignments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
