Data Analyst - customer trends (Denver, CO)

Silverline Ember Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Denver, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 915 people based in Denver. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on enrolment. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
