Data Analyst - customer trends (Denver, CO)

Fernwood Keystone Inspection Services Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for certifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in certifications and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on test reports. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
