Data Analyst - customer trends (Denver, CO)

Redstone Ridge Learning Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Denver. What you will do • Investigate trends in enrolment and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on school calendars. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
