Data Analyst - customer trends (Denver, CO)

Harborlight Corner Construction is a Denver contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in permits and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on materials orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
