Data Analyst - customer trends (Denver, CO)

Redstone Meridian Telecom is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for outage reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in outage reports and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on customer tickets. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
