Data Analyst - customer trends (Denver, CO)

Foxglove Cedar Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Denver, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Denver. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in account openings and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
