Data Analyst - customer trends (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Silverline Rook Staffing and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in onboarding and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on temp assignments. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
