Data Analyst - customer trends (Dallas, TX)

Highbridge Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for payment disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in payment disputes and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on account servicing. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
