Data Analyst - customer trends (Dallas, TX)

Ironwood Juniper Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Dallas. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Investigate trends in allergen controls and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on production batches. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
