Data Analyst - customer trends (Dallas, TX)

Silverline Field Financial Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for customer onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in customer onboarding and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on account servicing. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
