Data Analyst - customer trends (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Cedar Inspection Services and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in client sites and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
