Data Analyst - customer trends (Dallas, TX)

Westbrook Ivory Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Dallas, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 164 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on caregiver training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
