Data Analyst - customer trends (Dallas, TX)

Greenridge River Water Authority Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for treatment plant data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in treatment plant data and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on pipe repairs. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
