Data Analyst - customer trends (Dallas, TX)

Lumen Amber Property Management is a Dallas property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in rent collection and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on resident events. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
