Data Analyst - customer trends (Dallas, TX)

Stonegate Ivory Legal Group provides legal services in Dallas across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in intake forms and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on trust accounts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
