Data Analyst - customer trends (Dallas, TX)

Foxglove Vale Pharma develops and makes medicines in Dallas, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 59 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Investigate trends in regulatory filings and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on release testing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
