Data Analyst - customer trends (Dallas, TX)

Foxglove Bridge Arts Center is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for school partnerships, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in school partnerships and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on volunteer programmes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
