Data Analyst - customer trends (Dallas, TX)

Westbrook Linden Facilities Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for safety inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on cleaning schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
