Data Analyst - customer trends (Columbus, OH)

Westbrook Willow Staffing Group is a Columbus staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in candidate screening and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on temp assignments. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
