Data Analyst - customer trends (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Cedar Ivory Telecom and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in field visits and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on customer tickets. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
