Data Analyst - customer trends (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Stone Freight and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in proof of delivery and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
