Data Analyst - customer trends (Columbus, OH)

Nova Keystone Arts Center Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for exhibitions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in exhibitions and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on school partnerships. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
