Data Analyst - customer trends (Columbus, OH)

Greenridge Iron Pharma is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in release testing and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on clinical studies. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
