Data Analyst - customer trends (Columbus, OH)

Fernwood Yarrow Legal Group is a law firm in Columbus serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on trust accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
