Data Analyst - customer trends (Columbus, OH)

Foxglove Linden Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Columbus area, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in housekeeping schedules and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on guest bookings. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
