Data Analyst - customer trends (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Oak Banking Services Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in fraud alerts and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on branch operations. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
