Data Analyst - customer trends (Columbus, OH)

Summit Birch Energy Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for billing disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in billing disputes and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on usage data. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
