Data Analyst - customer trends (Columbus, OH)

Nova Orchard Banking Services is a regional lender in Columbus with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in fraud alerts and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on account openings. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
