Data Analyst - customer trends (Columbus, OH)

Fernwood Willow Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Columbus, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 163 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in quality documentation and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on clinical studies. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
