Data Analyst - customer trends (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Rowan Foods and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in allergen controls and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on sanitation schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
