Data Analyst - customer trends (Colorado Springs, CO)

Westbrook Junction Housing Partners is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on repair requests. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
