Data Analyst - customer trends (Colorado Springs, CO)

Redstone Birch Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Colorado Springs, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in recycling loads and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on landfill records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
