Data Analyst - customer trends (Colorado Springs, CO)

Greenridge Wilder Staffing is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for timekeeping, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in timekeeping and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on client orders. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
