Data Analyst - customer trends (Colorado Springs, CO)

Highbridge Clear Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Colorado Springs presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in exhibitions and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on event logistics. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
