Data Analyst - customer trends (Cleveland, OH)

Bright Haven Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Cleveland producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Investigate trends in release testing and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on quality documentation. • Python or R for analysis.
