Data Analyst - customer trends (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Thistle Insurance Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 748 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in policy renewals and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on catastrophe response. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
