Data Analyst - customer trends (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Bright Basin Facilities and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in contractor visits and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on customer sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
