Data Analyst - customer trends (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Foxglove North Pharma and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on batch records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
