Data Analyst - customer trends (Cincinnati, OH)

Ironwood Keystone Health is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in electronic records and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on referrals. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
