Data Analyst - customer trends (Cincinnati, OH)

Rivermark Quarry Environmental Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Investigate trends in recycling loads and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on weigh tickets. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
