Data Analyst - customer trends (Cincinnati, OH)

Highbridge Oak Health Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in clinic supplies and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on patient education. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
