Data Analyst - customer trends (Cincinnati, OH)

Amberfield Junction Community Partners is a nonprofit in Cincinnati supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 842 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in volunteer shifts and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on food distribution. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
