Data Analyst - customer trends (Cincinnati, OH)

Stonegate Bright Markets Group operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Cincinnati. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in supplier deliveries and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on promotions. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
