Data Analyst - customer trends (Cincinnati, OH)

Westbrook Loom Construction is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for change orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 890 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in change orders and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on project schedules.
