Data Analyst - customer trends (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Summit Union Legal Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in billing records and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on intake forms. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
