Data Analyst - customer trends (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Keystone Civic Services and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in budget submissions and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on public records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
