Data Analyst - customer trends (Cincinnati, OH)

Nova Pine Property Management is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in resident events and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on lease renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
