Data Analyst - customer trends (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Cedar Oak Facilities Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
